Deep Expertise in WMS Ecosystems.

My name is Xavi, and I'm from Barcelona (Spain). I'm a dog dad and professionally incapable of disconnecting from the tech and development world. When I'm not with my family or doing some sport, I'm probably mulling over some problem or idea I haven't yet solved, or learning something I probably don't need to know, but that I'm really curious to understand.

This says a lot about me, since, after studying Mechanical Engineering and loving physics and the world of motorsports, I ended up working in the world of IT and the Insight sector: something I'm passionate about.

Over 11+ years I've worked for leading 3PL companies such as DHL and as a consultant for Blue Yonder WMS partners like Ágora or Prime Horizon Group — always focusing on Insight operations and enterprise software. Today I serve as WMS Engineering Lead for Europe at GXO Insight , driving architecture, solution design and technical leadership across the region and also being part of the Global Team.

I've configured Blue Yonder WMS in all its versions; from the older RedPrairie versions to the latest 2025 version (workflows, robotic process integrations (LOCUS, 6Rivers, etc.), interfaces development (API or Transaction Explorer), and custom tools like configuration wizards based on other programming languages). I've even trained my own LLM model with configuration data from BY, etc. This deep knowledge is the foundation of SWIFT Insight: addressing the gaps that no standard solution can fill.

I believe the best solutions come from people who understand both sides: the operational reality of the warehouse and the technical precision of the system that manages it. That's why I've always held to one key principle: someone who has never set foot in a warehouse and whose only experience is the parcel they receive at home after buying from a marketplace doesn't understand how this industry works. My greatest strength is being able to combine my functional and operational knowledge with my senior expertise and a strong technical background, enabling me to develop any tool that aligns with the product and adds value.

And that's why SWIFT Insight is the result of that experience translated into products: tools that warehouse managers, analysts, and key users actually want to use, built with the precision that business environments demand, adding value and unique technology on a daily basis to facilitate any operation.
